Okay, so you're getting the run around and no one can seem to address your concerns.  There is help.  The Mayor has a direct line to cut through the red tape in Atlanta City Government.  Contact the Mayor's Office of Constituent Services (OCS) at 404-330-6026 when you feel that the other departments can't or won't get the job done.  This office should not be your first line of defense, but should be called before you completely throw in the towel and give up.
